Today I felt rather girly and fairy-like when I opted for this outfit. I bought these shorts from a charity shop last summer and had yet to wear them so I decided today would be the day! I have since come to the conclusion that these shorts are supposed to be pj bottoms but I'll still wear them as I think they look really sweet all the same and work nicely with this lilac jumper which I also thrifted. I also think they would look really cute with a little cami top too. 

 

As I was feeling 'fairy-like' it only seemed right that I wear my first and only Crown and Glory headband, which my chummie Paige gifted to me. I absolutely love the Crown and Glory range. Everything is so pretty and girly, I wish I could just buy it all! This is my outfit for today, feeling very festive with the red. I bought this blazer in Farnham on Wednesday when I was visiting my boyfriend. I saw it on the rail and instantly fell in love with the colour and pattern but it looked massive! I couldn't resist trying it on anyway and then I fell into an even deeper love! Ha! Sooo I bought it, and with a bit taken in at the sides and arms and the shoulders raised here it is! It is still over-sized but I really like that with vintage clothes so I'm happy with the way it looks :) What do you think?

Evening all! This is what I am wearing today. I bought this lovely paisley print blouse from New Look yesterday, I couldn't resist! I seem to have a thing about blouses and just can't help but by them! But you can never have too many blouses, right? ;) I thought I'd add detail again with my DIY collar clips (will be seeling these soon on ebay) and I decided to pair the blouse with these beige coloured shorts which I bought in a vintage shop in Paris for 1 Euro! It's always nice wearing light colours on a dull, cold today like today, don't you think? :)

 

 

 



156. Boyish.

So this was yesterday's look, quite boyish and different to what I usually wear but I fancied a change so instead of wearing the usual dollie shoes or heels I went for floral high-tops. The look is really simple but still holds detail with the necklace, belt and studded shorts, and it was so comfortable - perfect for when you're at work and on your feet all day!

Payday Purchases

Hello beauties! Another post today just to show you what I bought yesterday when I went shopping. I didn't actually buy too much compared to what I usually do, so I was quite pleased. Hello lovelies! This is today's outfit as the sky has clouded over with no sun in sight so the legs are covered up today! :( It's quite a simple look as I went shopping with my friends for the day and trying clothes on is always a nightmare if you have lots of accessories and layers. I bought this blouse in a charity shop a little while ago and eventhough it's too big I decided not to take it in as I think it looks quite nice and gives an eighties feel with the big sleeves which I quite like. I have paired the blouse with these red shorts which I bought in Greece last year as the colour matches the flowers on the blouse and then finished with black tights and boots.

Hello! Not in the best of moods tonight if I'm honest so I'll keep it short and sweet. I had a really nice day with my Dad, as he had the day off work, and now I just want to curl up, go to bed and forget the world. Ever get like that? Anyway, this is what I wore today. It's quite a basic look but also really girly and comfy. I hope you guys like it and hopefully I'll be in a better mood tomorrow! :)

Hey beauties! So this is what I am actually wearing today. The heavy rain has finally hit the south of England, it has been tipping it down all day! So unfortunately the tights are back on :( As you can see it wasn't actually raining in the morning when I took the photos, hence the platforms and outdoor photo, it was just really breezy but shortly after taking these photos it started to rain and has yet to stop! I always find this jacket quite difficult to pair with things but I just love it so much! Haha! Hope you like it!

I'm off to see Snow White and The Huntsman tonight with my boyfriend! Has anyone seen it yet? It looks soo good!!

Hello beauties! I thought a change of scenery was in need so today I got my boyfriend to take some photos of me in the local park whilst we were walking my dog. What do you think? Too much green? Or nice to have a change? I quite like it, but unfortunately most of the time I take the photos myself using a tripod and self-timer (ie. me running back and forth to take the photo!) and the only place in/out of my house that has a nice background is my wall.. Maybe I will venture out on my own one day to take some pictures, so long as no passer-bys see me!

Anyway, back to the look! I bought these lilac socks last week from Topshop and have been meaning to wear them so I guess I based the look around them by wearing my lilac shorts and having my purple scarf tied to my bag. I then just wacked on a plain black top, gold accessories and my brown platforms and bobs your uncle! Haha! I was a bit worried about mixing black and brown/tan together but who made that rule up anyway? I quite like it and I think the lilac breaks it up a bit anyway. What do you think about wearing black and brown together?
