Versace for H&M Spring/Summer Collection

Soo I've heard that Versace are doing another collection for H&M on the 19th January 2012 because the last one was such a hit! Very excited as I couldn't get on the website all day last month because it was so busy so I didn't manage to get anything :( Hopefully this time I will get my hands on something! I did a quick search and found the collection on Vogue here, but I thought I'd also share some of my favourites with you. They're also doing menswear again aswell. It's definitely more subtle than some of the last collection with lovely pinks and lilacs for womenswear and whites and navy for the guys.

As you can see I especially love the fruit and lilac range but they do have some more so check it out on the link above, and left me know what you think!

81. There will be no sunlight if I lose you

Cardigan:  Lily J
Top:  Kings of Leon
Shorts:  New Look
Shoes:  New Look

So this is what I wore to uni today. Quite a simple look pairing my Kings of Leon band tee with my teal shorts and putting my new fluffy cardigan over the top. I've just finished off with the usual black tights and ankle boots. I was also wearing my big fur coat aswell to keep warm, althought it did rain (and is raining now) but luckily I was indoors and it had stopped again by the time my lecture had finished.

Sorry it's only a quick post today, I'm off out for my friends birthday which should be good, although as I said before it is raining so I'm very worried I'm going to look like a drowned rat.. Hey ho, better go! Have a good evening everyone!

80. I heard you like the bad girls, honey, is that true?

Necklace:  Gift
Jumper:  New Look
Shorts:  DIY/Self Made
Shoes:  New Look

Afternoon bloggers! I've gone for pinks and greys in my look today, feeling quite girly. I've paired my baby pink jumper with my formal grey shorts and plain black tights and accessorized with a baby pink floral necklace and red vintage belt. I chose my plum coloured ankle boots to finish off the look and keep it girly.

Oh my, well I have one week left at uni and I still have so much work to do, and yet here I am on my laptop going through Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Polyvore etc, the usual websites, completely procrastinating from doing any work. Ergh, where has my motivation gone?! On the up side I'm still in a really good mood! Now, time to find my motivation and get working!

Happy Monday!

NEC Birmingham Clothes Show Live

So, I went to the Clothes Show on Wednesday with my Mum and it was brilliant! I've been three times previously over the years aswell and have always loved the cheap deals that you get there. I bought quite a bit and got some really lovely things so I thought I'd share them with you! As it was the last day of the show I managed to get some real bargains!

Make Up:

Rimmel - Baby Doll package includes 3 nail vanishes in pink shades, Extra Super Lash black mascara, Sexy Curves mascara and Vinyl Gloss lip gloss. This was all for £5!!

Bourjois - £5 make up set includes 2 mobile Lip Glosses, phone case, Mini Blush 04, Eye Liner and Black Diams mascara. I have to say I was a little dissapointed with this gift bag, however I am excited to use the mascara and I needed a new eye liner.

Models Own - For a Models Own gift pack you just had to select three nail varnishes that you wanted for £10 and then you'l get all of the above free!! A great deal to not be missed! I got 3 pencil eye shadows, 3 cream eye shadows, mascara, lip gloss, liquid eye liner, blusher and a nail file/buffer. Amazing.

Strech mark massage oil by SilDerm, which I probably won't be using just yet but good for the future. Although it does say that you can use it just to soften your skin so I may give it a go.

Philip Kingsley hair care product and FC5 hand cream. The hand cream is really lovely and soft and in a handy small tude to fit in your handbag. I have yet to use the hair care product but it says it adds elasticity and bounce.

Next is this new 'Freak' tester perfume which I have yet to try, but I do love the packaging I just think it looks really dark and mysterious but also inviting.

Lastly is the Nail Rock minx in leopard print. I love minx stickers, I bought a set from Boots which were ok but chipped quickly and after talking to my friend she said you can get a lot better ones so I'm excited to try these. I also bought a pack from New Look yesterday by GOLD by Giles so I look forward to using them too!

Clothes:

These were the first two items of clothing I bought from Max C. It was buy one get one free on everything! So I bought the navy and white blouse for £30 and got the floral top for free which would have cost me £25!

This cardigan is so gorgeous and from an amazing little shop called 'Lily J'. I would definitely recommend looking it up, they have a kind of vintage feel on their clothes. I got this cardigan for £15 from the sale rail they had and it was the only one left so I thought it was a too good an opportunity to miss. I just love the pearls around the edge and the silk linning.

As I said in the outfit post below I got this skirt for £10 from a shop which I didn't catch the name of I'm afraid. But I just love the zig-zag pattern and all the colours that are in it, the reds, greens, browns and creams. It just really work and is a real statement piece.

Other:
I bought this lovely little ring for roughly £5. It was just one woman behind the stall selling jewellery that she makes and everything was lovely. I fell in love with this ring as soon as I saw it. You can find her website here.

I got this little pack from Elle magazine for just £3!! You get December and January's issue's of Elle, Balance Me shower gel, Jemma Kidd make up school lip gloss and a £20 gift voucher for Kurt Geiger!

So all in all I think I got a lovely bunch of bargains! Did anyone else go to the clothes show this year? What did you get?

79. Everyone's a winner, we're making our fame

Jumper:  Vintage
Skirt:  NEC Birmingham Clothes Show
Boots:  Primark

Hello all! It feels like forever since my last outfit post. I tried to do one yesterday morning before I went to uni but because it was rediculously early in the morning the lighting was pretty dull so they weren't worth posting.

I went to the NEC Birmingham Clothes Show with my mum on Wednesday. I haven't been in a couple of years and because I wasn't extremely impressed with the clothes then I was more interested in the make up this year, however I did get some good buys like this skirt. I saw it in one of the little booths and fell in love! I've wanted a knit skirt since last year but they all just look too big and frumpy on me, however because this one is thinner it looks alot nicer and I love the zig-zag pattern and the colours. There isn't a label in the skirt and I didn't catch the name of the shop so I have no idea who it's by which is unfortunate. I'll post up everything else I bought either tonight or tomorrow. I've got A LOT of goodies to show you!

So anyway, I wanted the focus to be on the skirt today so I went for all black with everything else to keep it simple. I think a nice blouse and a blazer will also look good with this skirt. I like the fact that because the skirt is so expressive you don't have to make much effort with the rest of the outfit and keeping it simple will still look good.

Hope you've all had a good week!

Polyvore

So, I've been on Polyvore for a few months now but rarely use it because I think I am useless at it! Either that or I just never found the right items to use and therefore didn't like my outcomes. However, I have been having a little play tonight (procrastinating from doing uni work..) and I am rather proud of these two that I came up with.

What do you think? Does anyone else have a Polyvore? I would love to see what you've created :)
