190. Hold the one you love

Earrings:  New Look
Necklace:  H&M
Top:  New Look
Skirt:  New Look (kids)

Hello beauties,

Above is today's outfit. I bought the top and the skirt yesterday from work, luckily there was one more of these skirts left and although it was a bit big I bought it anyway and just took it in this morning for a better fit. I just love it so much. The floral print is gorgeous and the colours just work so well together. To show it off I just paired it with a plain black t-shirt, a gold chain necklace and my lovely new earrings which you can see below.

I also filmed a little video this morning of my outfit which you can watch below so please take a look! And I want to say a special big thank you to my friend's cousin, Hanna West for letting me use her music. She has such a beautiful voice so please check out her Sound Cloud page and show your support!

DIY Collar Clips

Hello lovelies! I made some collar clips today from vintage clip on earrings and a simple chain connecting the two. I will be selling these for £5 each including p+p, so who wants one?! I have only made the three below so far, two of which have been sold already, but I will be making many more in the up and coming weeks so keep a look out!

I other news, I have just booked a ticket to Paris next week for 2 nights with my friend Charlotte. We have both been to Paris before and the last time I went I found the most amazing vintage shops so this time we are off on the hunt to find these shops again and find more! If any of you lovelies found any vintage shops/markets if you've been to Paris please feel free to leave a comment so I can check it out! So excited! :D

Spiritual Gypsy Jewellery

Hello lovelies! Another post for today, but only a quick one! I was recently contacted by a company who makes the most amazing, one off pieces of jewellery. They are so beautiful that I just had to share them with you!

I really love everything they sell on their website, especially their rings! They are so beautiful! You can find their website here. The jewelley may be a bit pricey for some people but that is because they are all hand made using organic materials hand-sourced from India, Thailand, Ibiza and the Americas.

Little Update

Hey everyone! I thought I should do a little update post because I haven't blogged properly in a while. I have been so busy recently with uni work and getting back into the swing of things since being off for easter and stressing over all the work I have to do! But also because it was my 21st birthday yesterday so I have been celebrating since Saturday! I have been so, so spoilt aswell! I recieved a Pandora bracelet and charms from my Mum, Nan and Grandad and a charm each from my brother and his fiance and my boyfriend's mum which is so lovely! I also recieved two Pandora rings from my boyfriend which match my bracelet and a Tiffany necklace from my Dad, and also lots of other little bits and bobs from my friends. I feel so lucky to have my family, boyfriend and friends around to help celebrate my birthday. I have had such a great four days :)

Anyway, enough of the birthday ramblings! I have four weeks (well 3 and a half now!) left to do all of my work ready for the hand in and I am so scared!! Is anyone else feeling the pressure from uni work? I know I am not in my third year, so I shouldn't really be moaning, but it is still hard work and extremely stressful! So anyway, what I am trying to say is that I may not be blogging as much as I normally would for the next 4, or so, weeks. I will pop back because I can't stay away! But I will keep the posts short and sweet :)

Hope everyone is having a good day despite the rain!

Jewls, jewls

So after work, and after doing a bit of uni work, I decided to tidy my room a bit and sort out my droors. Turns out I have quite a lot of jewellery that I had forgotten about! Every girl has a mass amount of jewellery, I'm sure, so I thought I would show you my little (or maybe not) collection.

Make it Mine Monday

Hello, hello! A 'Make it Mine' is on the agenda today as I have seen so many lovely clothes, shoes, jewellery etc, so here is just a little snippet of things that I am loving right now!

Asos:

This is just the cutest dress on Asos right now and it really reminds me of Red Valentino Fall 2012 collection, as seen here. I am very, very tempted to buy it and pair it with a pair of black or white lace knee high socks, or maybe wear a white shirt/blouse underneath the dress for a femenine, girly, vintage look.

A bit different, but I really like the print and style on this dress. The print is just so striking and would look great in the summer and I love the detailing on the back to make it different and more interesting.

Urban Outfitters:

Oh my goodness! You would not believe how long I have been looking for the perfect large peace sign necklace on a long chain, and now I have finally found it!! I saw this in the Urban Outfitters store the other day when I popped into town and just fell in love! I nearly bought it but then remembered the discount I can get online for my first order ;)

I have had my eye on these beautifully bright shoes for so long now but have been putting off buying them as there is limited clothing they could go with. They do them in black aswell but I just love the orange too much, and I love the pantha on the heel too.

H&M:

I supose if I bought this gorgeous blazer it would match the shoes, right? Haha! I really love the colour orange, incase you hadn't noticed, but like I said before there isn't alot you can wear this colour orange with. And I have to admit, I did buy a pastel pink blazer very similar to this style from Primark the other day for £21.00, so maybe I'll leave this for now.. But got this colour is just so nice!

Have you seen anything you would love to buy recently?

Hello all! I just wanted to post about a lovely little website I recently came across thanks to llymlrs. Victoria Jackson over at lilyloveslola.blogspot.com is the owner and she sells really pretty little bracelets and earrings at such a good price. They are also great gifts and seeing as christmas is fast approaching I thought I'd show you all a few of the items they sell. I bought a few of the bracelets for me and my friends for christmas presents because I think they are such sweet friendship bracelets and you can choose different charms and different colour thread to suit you too.
