Evening all! I decided to try something a little different today by wrapping one of my many scarfs around my head to create a different look. Paired with my maxi skirt and long, wavy hair, silver rings and 'peace' belt I sort of look like a hippie, which I quite like.

 

The weather is so up and down lately that it's hard to know what to wear! You wake up and it's cold and rainy so you put lots of layers on and by mid-day your boiling hot because the sun has decided to kindly make an appearance! Sheesh, I can't keep up! Anyone else feeling the same?

Hello lovelies! This was actually yesterday's look but for some reason Lookbook and Blogger were playing up on my laptop, so luckily they're working again so I can show you my outfit! I was actually inspired by a very expensive blouse I saw in Brighton which had a bright blue and tan/brown pattern on it. I remember thinking that the two colours went really well together but it's not something that I would have thought to put together myself. When I got home I put the blouse and skirt together on my bed (image below) and found that it went really well together, so that's how I came up with this outfit! Sorry for the over-extended rant and reasoning behind my outfit! Haha!

Also, one last thing! I have mentioned Our My Your on my blog before, a new creative online magazine which will soon be lauched. The website involves Art, Fashion, Food, Music and more and is worth looking at when it launches, however in the mean time you can check out their Wordpress blog here. DIY Collar Clips

 

Hello lovelies! I made some collar clips today from vintage clip on earrings and a simple chain connecting the two. I will be selling these for £5 each including p+p, so who wants one?! I have only made the three below so far, two of which have been sold already, but I will be making many more in the up and coming weeks so keep a look out!
 

 

 

 

I other news, I have just booked a ticket to Paris next week for 2 nights with my friend Charlotte. We have both been to Paris before and the last time I went I found the most amazing vintage shops so this time we are off on the hunt to find these shops again and find more! If any of you lovelies found any vintage shops/markets if you've been to Paris please feel free to leave a comment so I can check it out! So excited! :D

Hello lovelies! How is your bank holiday weekend going? This is what I'm wearing today as the weather is rather gloomy outside. I tell you what, I am getting pretty fed up with this weather! I wish it would just make it's mind up already! Rant over. Ha.

 

Anyway, today I am wearing my almighty comfy disco pants from River Island paired with my orange Topshop crop top for a pop of colour. I am also wearing my velvet blazer which I found in a charity shop in Farnham. I thought I had lost it for ages but luckily I found it this morning and I am so glad as I love it! Lastly I am wearing these cute lace-up wedge shoes from New Look to finish the look. What do you think? I don't usually wear outfits with my tummy out but I thought I would today :) Hope you like it!

Hello beauties! This is what I wore to work today, hence everything being from New Look! I bought this skirt in the Brighton store on Thursday so really wanted to wear that. At first I was unsure what top I could wear with it that was from New Look and I tried this top on as a whim, but luckily it went quite well with the skirt. I decided to clash prints with the camo jacket too just to try something new which I quite like. What do you think? Is it to taste? I finished with boots and knee high socks rather than tights just to make the outfit a bit more fun :)

Weekend Wants #1

Ahh there is so much I want to buy right now, and I've already spent loads! Does anyone else get the constant need to spend their money? It can't just be me that gets this niggling feeling, can it?

 

Anyway, I went to Brighton yesterday, as you all know, and I popped into Urban Outfitters for a browse and Oh My I want it all! From socks to blouses to dresses, ahh it is all just so beautiful!! So here are a few things I have pulled out to show you which are currently filling up my shopping basket on the UO website.

I am in love with this dress!! I just love everything about it, however unfortunately it's £85.00 - way out of my budget for a dress.

162. Thirty Minute Love Affair

Good afternoon! How are we all today? I got this blouse on Tuesday and I couldn't believe it was from Primark! It looks like something from Topshop, River Island or New Look. I really love the polka dot material clashing with the studds on the collar. Today I have paired it with my burgundy skirt and belt and polka dot tights to match the blouse and lastly black boots as it is rather gloomy weather today. I literally just finished taking my photos when it started raining!

 

What do you guys think of the blouse? Is it something you would wear? I have another outfit planned with this blouse already so expect to see more of it! :)

 





Brighton

Hello lovelies! As I mentioned yesterday I went to Brighton today with my lovely friend Gemma. It was such a lovely day out browsing all of the lovely, quirky shops and the weather was really good too! Hello lovelies! Sorry it has been so long since I last posted! I have been mega busy catching up with friends and my boyfriend and making things etc. I am constantly taking photos on instagram showing what I have been up to so I thought I would show you all what I have been doing with myself! Today I went to the Royal Victoria Country Park, which is a short walk from my house, with my boyfriend as he finally got a day off work!! We decided to take my dog, Josh, down as he loves the sea (pics above). It was so lovely to spend time with my boyfriend, even if it was just a few hours :) Also, I am making a new dress as you can see! I really love this material and cannot wait to finish it and wear it out! What do you think of it so far?
