175. Nothing will break us.

Blazer:  Charity Shop
Top:  Kings of Leon gig
Skirt:  Primark (about 3 years ago!)
Boots:  New Look

Hello beauts! Have you all had a good Monday? I know Monday's aren't usually the best days of the week, but I hope you've all had a lovely day :)

This is what I have chucked together today for my one lecture at uni. I wanted to wear something comfortable yet different and still stylish, and this is what I came up with! I absolutely love this blazer as it is velvet and such a gorgeous colour! It is over-sized but that's another reason I love it. It's just such a cosy blazer to wear for gloomy, rainy days like today, and also adds some colour to my otherwise dull days.

I am also wearing my lovely new boots which I wore for the first time at work on Saturday and nearly lasted my whole shift before they started hurting. I think I wore them for about 8 and a half hours before I changed to my flats which I thought was pretty good! I wanted to wear them to work because I am constantly on my feet and walking around all day so it's a really good way to test how long you can wear the pair of shoes for. I was pleasantly surprised and now know that I can wear them to uni without them hurting :)

Anyway, I hope you all have a good evening! I have a ton of uni work to do...wish me luck!!

I am actually doing a survey for my uni project at the moment which invloves colours and moods, so if you could please click here and follow the link to answer a few questions please it would make my day! It will only take 2 minutes and would be really beneficial for me and uni work :) Thank you!

Anyway, I have lots planned for posts etc but, yet again, I have been pretty busy! But I am getting back on track I promice! Oh, and while I'm here, please leave your blog links below, I'd love to read some new content in the evenings :)

168. Nobody said it was easy

Blazer:  Charity Shop
Playsuit:  Primark
Tights:  New Look
Brogues:  New Look

Hey lovelies! This is today's outfit, very blue for some reason but I quite like it. I bought this gorgeous blue velvet blazer in a charity shop a few weeks ago and just love it! It is huge on me so I tend to roll up the sleeves, but I quite like the baggy look and I think it works perfectly with this navy playsuit from Primark. I added some texture with the houndstooth tights and kept it simple with my black brogues. I hope you like it!

167. Wake up in someone else's dream

Blouse:  Charity Shop
Shorts:  Vintage / Paris
Shoes:  Primark

Hello you lovely lot! This is today's outfit. It seems forever since I posted an outfit so I am so glad to be doing it again. These shorts are a pair which I bought whilst in Paris, seen in the post below, and I got them for a meare 1 Euro!! They almost fitted perfectly but I took them in slightly on each side for the perfect fit. I thought I would pair them with this beautiful floral blouse with the lace collar which I bought from a charity shop last week. It is a size 14 but I like it kind of baggy, plus I would wear it un-done aswell for a more casual look. Hope you like it!

166. Live your dream

Scarf:  Vintage
Top:  New Look
Cardigan:  Charity Shop
Belt:  New Look
Shoes:  Primark

Evening all! I decided to try something a little different today by wrapping one of my many scarfs around my head to create a different look. Paired with my maxi skirt and long, wavy hair, silver rings and 'peace' belt I sort of look like a hippie, which I quite like.

The weather is so up and down lately that it's hard to know what to wear! You wake up and it's cold and rainy so you put lots of layers on and by mid-day your boiling hot because the sun has decided to kindly make an appearance! Sheesh, I can't keep up! Anyone else feeling the same?

165. It's looking like a beautiful day

Blouse:  Romwe
Skirt:  New Look
Bag:  Primark
Scarf:  Vintage
Shoes:  Primark

Hello lovelies! This was actually yesterday's look but for some reason Lookbook and Blogger were playing up on my laptop, so luckily they're working again so I can show you my outfit! I was actually inspired by a very expensive blouse I saw in Brighton which had a bright blue and tan/brown pattern on it. I remember thinking that the two colours went really well together but it's not something that I would have thought to put together myself. When I got home I put the blouse and skirt together on my bed (image below) and found that it went really well together, so that's how I came up with this outfit! Sorry for the over-extended rant and reasoning behind my outfit! Haha!

What do you think? I'd love to know your thoughts :)

Also, one last thing! I have mentioned Our My Your on my blog before, a new creative online magazine which will soon be lauched. The website involves Art, Fashion, Food, Music and more and is worth looking at when it launches, however in the mean time you can check out their Wordpress blog here. My short article on illustration will hopefully be lauched on Monday so look out for that!

162. Thirty Minute Love Affair

Blouse:  Primark
Belt:  Vintage
Skirt:  DIY/Self Made
Tights:  New Look
Boots:  New Look

Good afternoon! How are we all today? I got this blouse on Tuesday and I couldn't believe it was from Primark! It looks like something from Topshop, River Island or New Look. I really love the polka dot material clashing with the studds on the collar. Today I have paired it with my burgundy skirt and belt and polka dot tights to match the blouse and lastly black boots as it is rather gloomy weather today. I literally just finished taking my photos when it started raining!

What do you guys think of the blouse? Is it something you would wear? I have another outfit planned with this blouse already so expect to see more of it! :)

161. Let's break the rules tonight

Jacket:  Topshop
Top:  Kings of Leon Gig
Belt:  New Look
Skirt:  OASAP
Boots:  Primark (old)

Hey all! This is today's outfit. I've gone for a sort of girly/grunge/rocker look which I really like. I really wanted to wear this skirt today as I have only worn it once since I got it! I paired it with my Kings of Leon T-shirt to make the look a little different from what I usually wear and it made me feel quite girly/grunge so I carried that on throughout the look with my leather jacket, black tights and biker boots. What do you think? Is it something you would wear?

Also, if you haven't already, check out the photo shoot me and my friend did yesterday below!

159. Baby, I'll see you at home

Jacket:  Charity Shop
Shoes:  Primark
Everything Else:  New Look

Good evening everyone! This is what I wore to work today. The look is quite casual but has a vintage twist with the jacket which I bought last year from a charity shop. It was being sold with a matching skirt but I asked if I could just buy the jacket seeing as the suit was a size 16 and I wasn't fussed about taking in the skirt. I am so glad I bought this jacket. Some may say it's a bit garish but I absolutely love it!

I bought a couple of items from work today too (I really need to stop spending!!). I have been thinking about buying an army jacket for a while now, seeing as military is making a come back once again. I found a couple in the kids section of New Look, and although it was a very hard choice I went for the army print jacket, although unfortunately I couldn't find an image on the website. I've put together some comparisons below for you to look at.

What do you think of next season's trend? Will you be rocking the camo jacket?
